HSCMT proclaims the "Human Rights Management Charter" to actively implement human rights
management that values human dignity and rights, and pledges to uphold its principles as follows

including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Ten Principles
of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) |

background, political views, or place of origin, and we respect diversity and inclusivity |

We guarantee employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights and
foster a healthy organizational culture based on mutual trust and cooperation |

We practice anti-corruption and ethical management while striving to eliminate
workplace harassment and abusive power dynamics |

We provide all employees with a safe and pleasant working environment and strictly
prohibit forced labor and child labor |
