Quality Management Policy
HSCMT Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes and operates a quality
management system appropriate to the Company in order to realize its “Quality/Management
Philosophy,” with the fundamental policy of “Creating Value for Customers.”
To this end, all executives and employees shall put the following into practice

Pursue the achievement of quality levels and objectives that meet the ever-changing
needs of customers |

Comply with ISO requirements, customer requirements, legal and regulatory
requirements, and the Company’s own defined requirements, while continuously
improving the effectiveness of the quality/environmental management system |

In accordance with this Quality Management Manual, the Company shall establish
quality objectives consistent with customer requirements and this quality policy,
and review them periodically. These objectives shall be measurable and based
on the fundamental policy of “Creating Value for Customers,” and all employees shall
strive to achieve them |

All employees must understand the quality policy, apply it in the execution of the quality
management system, and promote the Company’s quality policy to business partners
to ensure customer satisfaction |

The quality policy shall be periodically reviewed to ensure its continued suitability
to the Company’s business objectives. If revisions are required, the policy shall be updated
and communicated to all executives and employees |
