Uzbekistan’s Issiqlikta’minoti AJ and Korea’s HSCMT (Korean consortium) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) worth USD 2.3 million to strengthen strategic cooperation. The agreement will be implemented as a pilot project in Angren, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into heat supply systems. Through this initiative, both parties plan to enhance the efficiency and operational stability of heat energy and hot water supply by introducing an AI-based smart management system.
Under the MOU, HSCMT will provide advanced ultrasonic meters, valves, and AI-driven software solutions for the heat and hot water supply sector. In addition, the Korean consortium will be responsible for technical support, real-time monitoring, and specialized training programs for local professionals.
The project will run for two years, during which both sides will verify the technology’s suitability for local conditions while also exploring the potential for nationwide expansion. Both parties expect this cooperation to improve transparency in heat supply systems, reduce energy resource consumption, and drive the transition toward a fully digital, data-driven operational framework. |
